Is Dot a doctor?

No. Dot is an educational companion. For medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment decisions, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Pricing & billing

Dot Free is $0 forever. Dot Pro is $9.99/month or $79/year (save 34% — just $6.58/mo). All prices in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. Full details on the pricing page.

How does the free trial work?

Dot Pro includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $9.99/month (monthly) or $79/year (annual). You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings → Subscription and choose Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to Dot Pro until then.
