Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dot website and application (the "Service"), operated by Kindr Health Inc. ("Kindr Health", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Dot is
Dot is an AI wellness companion focused on women's midlife wellness. Dot provides general educational information and supportive conversation. Dot is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Using Dot does not create a provider-patient relationship. Kindr Health's clinical services (where available) are offered separately by licensed clinicians and are not part of a Dot subscription.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Dot offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in U.S. dollars. Prices, features, and any free trial terms are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to (a) impersonate others, (b) submit unlawful content, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or (d) rely on Dot as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency care.
6. AI limitations
Dot uses large language models. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important information with a qualified professional. Dot is always disclosed as AI.
7. Medical disclaimer
Content provided by Dot is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Disclaimer. In an emergency call 911 (or your local emergency number). If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindr Health Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
