Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your Dot subscription. Here is exactly how cancellation and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period.
Monthly subscriptions
If you are unhappy within the first 14 days of a new monthly subscription, email support@kindr.health from your account address and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. After 14 days, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we will prorate a refund for unused full months remaining in the term, minus any promotional discount applied at purchase.
Free trials
If your plan includes a free trial, we will remind you before your trial ends. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge. If you are charged immediately after a trial and cancel within 48 hours of that charge, contact support for a full refund.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
